 Coquille Point Condominiums are deluxe accommodations,
comfortably furnished to provide for all the needs of your vacation.
Sharing a similar layout in either the 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom unit,
you will follow the tile
entry and stair to the second floor Great Room living area and
activity alcove. At 1,450 and 1,800 square feet, respectively, these
units are large enough to spread out and make you and your family
feel comfortable and at home.
Every
window in the Great Room draws your eyes to views of the sea stacks
and ocean. Curl up in front of the gas fireplace with a good book
and tunes on the stereo. Or warm yourself in the sunshine of the
balcony/deck and enjoy the views of the Pacific with a morning cup
of coffee or an afternoon libation. The Great Room amenities, in
addition to the ocean views, include cable TV, DVD and VCR players,
stereo CD player, local telephone and an activity alcove with games
and a reading area. There is a small library of VCR movies, DVDs,
CDs, books and magazines. And now, broadband wireless internet is
here!
Adjacent
to the living area, the fully furnished kitchen features easy-care
tile countertops and floors and a complete suite of new
appliances: gas
range, refrigerator with
icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. Downstairs, each unit
has a fully furnished laundry room and an attached two-car garage
with a washtub handy for beach clean-up or preparing a catch of
local crab.
Outside, enjoy a barbecue in
the partially sheltered picnic area, or take a stroll through the
flower gardens along the path to the stairs and beach, or the paths
to the ocean wildlife viewing area.
The
3-Bedroom West Unit (available on a 1-, 2-, or 3-bedroom rental
basis) - the upstairs queen-bed master suite includes a double-sink
bath with a shower/tub unit. A separate half-bath serves the Great
Room living area. Downstairs, a “Jack ‘n Jill” bath provides a
separate vanity sink area for each bedroom, with a common shower/tub
and WC. Both downstairs bedrooms are furnished with two extra-long
twin beds. The queen-sized hide-a-bed sofa in the Great Room rounds
out the sleeping complement for eight guests.
The
2-Bedroom East Unit (Not
available in 2008) - the ground floor queen-bed master bedroom has
its own patio. The bedroom's accompanying walk-though wardrobe and
double-sink bath with shower/tub complete the master suite.
Upstairs, the second bedroom offers two extra-long twin beds and an
adjoining bath area with vanity sink, shower-tub and WC. The Great
Room queen-sized hide-a-bed completes the sleeping accommodations
for six guests.
Both
Units - Ceramic tile floors in the entry, baths and high traffic
areas, wall-to-wall carpeting in the living and sleeping areas, tile
countertops in the baths and kitchen, and ocean views from the Great
Room windows ensure guests easy and comfortable living. Outside, you can stroll in
the award-winning gardens or enjoy the view of Face Rock and the
Park from the picnic table and grill your catch on the gas barbeque.
Both
of these homes are designed to cater to the needs of the Pacific
Coast vacationer on the cliffs in Bandon-by-the-Sea.
